“My biggest project to date during Covid, this doggie is loaded with love and gratitude for keeping my mind on the gift of creativity. I went back in time and used coral, pear-shaped pink beads as flower petals, something I used to do on my earliest beaded animals. Using a repurposed Wegman zipper, Lil' Lover is also wearing a beaded vest trimmed in antique wrapped cord. The process is mosaic." —Betsy Youngquist
